Shipping
Once your order has been received, shipping will normally take 10-15 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot ship framed work internationally due to shipping restrictions. However, we are able to ship all our prints internationally (unframed).
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or process refunds for change of mind purchases, as all frames are custom made and cannot be reused. However, if the product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, to discuss the return and refund of your order.
When returning a damaged product back to us, please ensure package suitable to prevent further damage during shipping.
Exchanges & Replacements
If your product is a defect or has been damaged in transit, we can process an exchange or replace the frame entirely, for no additional costs.
