Shipping & Returns
After receiving your order, items will be shipped within 7-14 business days. Orders will be shipped to the address you submit when placing your order.
We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases as our prints and frames are all custom made. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
We do our best to satisfy our customers and ensure that their orders are delivered to them safely. However, from time to time products do get damaged in transit. If this is the case, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
When returning the order, please ensure it is repackaged suitably to prevent further damage. We will notify you via email once your return has been received. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed.
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the product please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to 20 Burwood Highway, Burwood, Victoria, 3125.
You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning your item, please ship it to 20 Burwood Highway, Burwood, Victoria, 3125.
If a refund is given, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping times for your exchanged product will vary depending on your location.
If shipping at item over $75, please consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We ship our prints worldwide (unfortunately we do not ship framed items outside of Australia). Please contact us at email@example.com with your order and location, and we will process this for you manually.
Please note we ship via Australia Post, and tracking numbers are unavailable via this method. Please contact us should you wish to ship via trackable courier (additional fees applicable).
Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of International parcels.
